Honey Grilled Salmon Salad

Description

Fresh salmon fillets marinaded with a homemade honey based dressing, then grilled. Served with fresh salad vegetables

Serves: 1

 

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes 

 

 

 

Grilled Salmon:

1 salmon fillet

1/4 tsp season all to taste

1/2 tsp hot paprika 

1/4 tsp honey

1/2 tsp chilli flakes

drizzle olive oil

Salad Vegetables: 

hand full of:

fresh salad leaves

grated carrots

sliced red cabbage 

chopped cucumber

chopped cherry tomatoes 

your favourite salad dressing

Instructions

1. Cover a baking tray with some foil and brush with a little olive oil

​

2. Place your salmon fillet onto the baking tray , followed by the season all, paprika, honey and chilli flakes

​

3. Drizzle some olive oil over the salmon and place in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until cooked.

​

4. Take the salmon out of the oven and slice into small pieces. Leave to cool for 5 minutes

​

5. Prepare your salad by washing your salad vegetables and place them in salad bowl

​

6. Place your cooked salmon on top of the salad and dress with your favourite salad dressing
