Tasty scotch bonnet chicken marinade with just three simple ingredients!

1 kg chicken
1 large onion, chopped
1 scotch bonnet
50 ml water
season all/ salt & pepper to taste
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1. Add the onions and scotch bonnet in a food processor. Add 50 ml of water, then blend the ingredients to form a paste.
2. Rinse chicken, then season with season all (or salt & pepper) to taste. Pour the marinade over the chicken then spread using a spoon. Pour the vegetable oil over the chicken.
3. Cook chicken in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 50 mintues. Turn chicken over then cook for a further 40 mintues (or until chicken is evenly brown on both sides).
